Give thanks not only for what you have, but also for what you don't have.
Don't judge people or things based on what other people say about them. Make your own assessments.
Learn to trust, but know who to trust.
Work at your own pace, but don't be too slow.
Smile.
Have at least five people who you can say, without hesitation, that you love.
Cry, but only when it's necessary.
Try to stay in touch with past partners. They, more than anybody, hold the keys to the person you used to be.
Don't try to convince yourself that you are somebody you really aren't.
The most productive person is the one who doesn't have time to find out how productive everyone else is.
Spend time to criticize yourself, find solutions, act on them, then smile about it.
Let someone in on your heart- when you die, at least one person should know what you thought deep down.
There's nothing like a good 'How are you' phone call.
Be happy for your friends when they are happy for themselves.
Spend some time alone and think things through.
Spend good time with family.
Spend time to criticising yourself, find solutions, act on them, and then smile about it.
When it's time to play, play. When it's time to work, work. You, more than anyone else, should smartly dictate those times.
Congratulate yourself on well-done jobs.
Don't be afraid to say or do stupid things sometimes. That's inevitable.
Always aim to give someone twice the love they give you. That way you can't lose.
Turn up at a friend's front door every now and again.
Hug.
Always aim to make any relationship perfect, and permanent.
Do things that make you happy, but try to make others happy too. Life is short.
Don't feel badly about making someone cry, if it will bring good.
Never tell someone you love them if you really don't.
Enjoy each day- die smiling.
Make your own philosophies, and find your own inspirations.

Pointers For Living
Just thought I'd share this 'thing' I wrote about 5 years ago that I wished I followed to the T everyday. It's about enjoying life, and giving of yourself...
